\n\n<\/div>\nThis is Cultemo\u2019s corporate philosophy.

\n\nThis philosophy is the very origin of our company name, a fusion of the words \u201cCulture\u201d and \u201cEmotion,\u201d and has remained unchanged in the 20 years since our founding.

\n\nWhen asked what makes Cultemo unique, my response is always: \u201cGenuine client satisfaction.\u201d Customer satisfaction is probably a concept advocated by every company to an extent. However, within the translation industry (which can be rather conservative and artisanal in nature), achieving genuine customer satisfaction can be extremely challenging. Yet Cultemo has spent years tackling head-on these fundamental questions:

\n\n\n\n\u201cWhat exactly is the quality that our customers seek?\u201d
\n\u201cHow can we delight our clients?\u201d

\n\nThis commitment to client satisfaction has been the source of our motivation in directly addressing challenges within the translation industry that others have avoided, through initiatives such as quantifying translation quality, professional use of machine translation and post editing, as well as our AsTrans service.

\n\n<\/div>\n\nQuality levels as requested by our clients<\/strong>
\nMany creators aim for \u201chigh quality\u201d based on their own quality standards. There is nothing inherently wrong with this at all. However, in dealing with translation, design, and self-publishing as a business, it is important to understand that the quality envisioned by the creator will not necessarily be the type of quality desired by the user. Breaking free from fixed notions and self-satisfaction, and eagerly pursuing what our customers want, are actions I believe to be essential for the future of the translation business.

\n\nI am exceptionally proud to have some of the finest talent in this industry here at Cultemo, among both our project managers and linguists. These individuals, with their mix of technical and soft skills, are the treasures of our company. I look forward to working alongside these colleagues in tackling the challenges of the next decade.
